This candle is made with Gel Wax, which is a combination of mineral oil and a polymer resin, which gives a translucent jelly - like appearance.

Gel Wax has a higher melting point than Soy Wax.
Gel Wax can last 3 times longer than Soy Wax it will get hotter also so caution is taken when burning Gel Wax
